And we are back!!!/ Pa smo nazaj!!!

Hello dear followers!

As you may have already noticed our cattery is active again. We took a year-long break from breeding to reflect on our past achievements and make plans for the future. Even so, a lot has happened during the last year. In May 2013 Britney gave birth to her last litter. Due to the complications she had to have a caesarean section and was spayed afterwards. Nevertheless a little boy was born, and for a long time we were unable to agree on his name, but in the end we named him Dexter.

Cat Show 2013, Celje

SI*Silverbuttons Dexter with his owner at the International Cat Show in Celje (19th & 20th October 2013). Both days of the show, he was chosen by the visitors as the most lovable kitten of the show.

Now, another BIG and EXCITING event of the year was the addition of a new family member. After Britneys operation, we decided to welcome a new baby girl into our home. After a short search on the internet and Facebook, we came across a video of an adorable little girl playing in her bed. It was love at first sight and after seeing it, we immediately contacted little girls breeder at Mörrenmorcogi cattery.

So, at the beginning of April, Ida became part of our family. To be completely honest, I must acknowledge, that I've never met sweeter, friendlier, more docile and affectionate kitten. She is literally always in a good mood. So alive. The whole family fell in love with the little one, including Nino. Only Britney had some jealousy issues in the beginning, But, of course, that is to be understood. She needed to establish order and present the house rules to the newcomer. Later in October Ida also participated in her first cat show and as expected, she charmed both, the audience and judges alike. But let's stop rambling now... here are some pics. :)
